Job Responsibilities :-

- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, drive improvement initiatives, and boost plant performance.

- Lead a team of engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and effective execution.

- Monitor production operations, maintain quality standards, and implement best practices.

- Oversee maintenance for machinery optimization, coordinating with teams to minimize downtime.

- Implement quality control processes, collaborating across teams to address issues.

- Manage utilities operations, identifying energy-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance.

- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to, promoting a safety-conscious culture.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, and Sales for aligned operations.

- Analyze KPIs, make data-driven decisions, and manage operational budgets.

- Take charge of Atchutapuram plant operations, ensuring efficiency and coordination.

- Proven record in team leadership, operational excellence, and delivering results.

- Strong knowledge of production, maintenance, and quality control.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and compliance skills.

- Hands-on experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.

- Willingness to relocate to Vizag (Andhra Pradesh)
