The position reports into the Unit HR Head based on location in a major town of Madhya Pradesh.
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Support Head of Human Resources, People Business Partners and line managers in negotiations with Trade Unions on a wide range of company issues.
- Factory License - Supervising legal approvals encompassing initiation/operations of a factory
- Industrial Relations - To maintain industrial peace at the Unit without giving room to work stoppages or any loss of man days.
- To spear head talent acquisition and engagement in the Unit.
- Work discipline - To ensure maintenance of discipline in the factory and take appropriate disciplinary action as per the stipulated procedures whenever any act of misconduct is committed.
- Design and deliver an over-arching industrial relations strategy with the key focus on modernizing Trade Union relationships.
- Provide support to the welfare and administration of the Unit.
- Liaison with local officials and community for smooth functioning of the Unit.
- Support Unit Head of HR, People Business Partners and line managers.
- Experience of working in Madhya Pradesh is preferred.
- Residential accommodation shall be provided.
- Career plan includes also possibility of movement in other businesses of the group.
