Job Description :
- Establish and ensure meeting of annual plant HR business & budget plan aligned to organisation leadership objectives to enable achieving business objectives.
- To monitor implementation of talent development framework for staff at Plant in line with & alignment of overall
Talent Development strategy :
- To create road map for training and development for blue collar and contractual employees at plants to improve their capability and performance.
- Determine employee relations strategic risks, ensure mitigation plan for smooth functioning of plan in order to maintain harmonious industrial relations.
- Monitoring Talent Management process at plants, operations and central functions to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures in line with functional goals and objective in alignment with the overall
Talent Management framework :
- Conceptualising and reviewing the employee engagement framework in plants, operations & central functions to improve productivity.
- Ensuring safe HR operations - administration, security & medical services etc at plants, operations and Central Functions.
