Important Pointers :

- Will Manage Quality function for Centrica process located in Mumbai, Pune & South Africa.

- There would be travelling between these locations.

- The candidate shall be some ne who has managed C-sat / NPS for large contact center business and a proper six sigma guy.

Preferably Mumbai located resources.
