- As the General Manager - Performance Marketing, you will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, driving user growth, optimizing ROI, and maximizing digital marketing efficiency.

- You will lead multi-channel paid campaigns, manage substantial marketing budgets, and collaborate with product, data, and growth teams to refine acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy across paid channels-Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, and more.

- Drive ROI-driven customer acquisition for fintech products, ensuring CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) is optimized.

- Scale campaigns for different fintech verticals like lending, payments, and wealth management while balancing growth and unit economics.

Paid Media Management & Optimization:

- Manage large-scale ad budgets with a laser focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize ad placements, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.

- Experiment with A/B testing, creative variations, and funnel optimizations to enhance campaign performance.

Data Analytics & Performance Tracking:

- Work with analytics and BI teams to track key metrics, identify trends, and implement insights to improve campaign efficiency.

- Set up and optimize attribution models, tracking pixels, and data pipelines to ensure accurate performance measurement.

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, and BI dashboards to refine targeting strategies.

Growth & Retention Strategy:

- Work closely with product and CRM teams to drive user activation, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.

- Leverage growth hacks like referral programs, influencer partnerships, and viral marketing strategies.

- Utilize automation and AI-driven insights to scale growth efficiently.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team, mentoring them on best practices and data-driven marketing.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and finance to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Partner with external agencies, affiliates, and publishers to scale acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital-first businesses.

- Proven experience in scaling paid campaigns, managing multi-million-dollar ad budgets, and achieving aggressive growth targets.

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic buying, and affiliate marketing.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Google Analytics, and marketing attribution models.

- Deep understanding of conversion funnels, user journeys, and retention loops.

- Experience in app marketing, ASO (App Store Optimization), and mobile attribution tools is a plus.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-first, test-and-learn approach.

- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or digital payments is a strong advantage.
