Purpose : 1) Lead performance marketing team to manage SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Display Advertising 2) Design and deliver effective organic strategies to deliver on key business KPIs such as website visits, app downloads, social media followership etc. Key Accountabilities -&nbsp; Strategic -&nbsp; - Responsibility for organic and inorganic search across websites, search engines and geographical locations - Managing implementation initiatives to enhance paid campaign effectiveness - Effectively managing meta channels to drive cost effective ROI - Manage performance marketing spend to ensure achievement against business goals - Continually reviewing bid optimisation, creative and keyword development strategies - Collating customer data across multiple devices to develop mobile strategy - Monitoring and reporting short and long-term customer trends from internal and market data - Identify opportunities to drive SEO traffic Operational -&nbsp; - Managing workflow of development request and prioritising these - Working closely alongside development team regarding UAT and measuring impact of any changes - Auditing search marketing functionality against best industry practice - Owning the internal attribution model - Staying up to date with emerging marketing channels and digital trends in the performance marketing space - Working alongside the growth team to achieve business objectives Educational Qualification&nbsp; - Bachelors- Degree : Masters- Degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field - Previous Experience- 6+years- experience managing complex digital campaigns - Extensive and up to date search marketing trends - Proven achievements in delivering profit growth and ROI Skills and Knowledge required Competencies - A strong leader/team manager - Proven analytical abilities, working with large datasets and advanced functionality of Excel - Experience of executing international paid search campaigns - Technically competent and comfortable working alongside software developers
