General Manager - P&C/Medical Coding

- Responsible for delivery management of various coding accounts

- Handle and manage coding transition

- Provide required training and assistance for all coding requirements in the account

- Should possess strong leadership and management skills to handle a team of senior coders, Managers and DGM- s

- Ability to understand the exact requirement of each client and provide acceptable resolutions in terms of productivity and quality

- Ability to work with senior leadership to understand the requirement and meet expectations.

- Own and drive Practice Development Initiatives around productized offerings, Analytics, Automation and BPaaS

Collaborate with Market Leads and build new offerings within the focus areas identified for Productized Offerings

Project manage practice development activities around Analytics and Automation penetration in new and existing Insurance accounts

- Maintain networks and relationships internally and externally to keep abreast of competitors- activities and develop and maintain effective business relationships.

Experience:

1. 12-15 years of overall experience and should be from the Medical Coding space mandatorily.

2. Should have managed a min of 250+ team of medical coders in P&C - Auto and WC claims.

3. Preference for exposure in coding Analytics, Automation and BPaaS

4. Mandatory: Experience in business development and/or customer relationship management.

5. Exposure to Project Management

6. Understanding of technology and how it enables solutions

7. Experience in automation and tool based solutions
