General Manager - Overseas Funding - Chemical Industry

- To plan & generate funds from overseas banks, NBFC's, Overseas financial institutes

- Fund Management (Long Term & Short Term)

- To discuss with the Banks/Financial Institutions on the requirements and inducing them to participate in the lending

- Dealing with Credit Rating agencies and monitoring and ensuring ratings required on exposures.

- Should have Good Banking relations & network. Dealt with Consortium of bankers, financial institutes and experience in concluding loan agreements. Fundraising exposure for overseas projects will be added advantage

- Raising of funds through QIPS, PE firms

- Validating loan documentation and covenants. Negotiations with Banks & financial institutes
