Job Responsibilities:
- To work on HR Projects in the field of Talent Management focusing on identification of High Potentials and designing their learning journeys.
- To in developing and anchoring specific OD interventions for the organization and to partner with the business heads in driving and managing change for critical business initiatives.
- To communicate & institutionalize OD & change initiatives across the organization.
- To be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives through diagnostic tools & frameworks enhancing the same in a continual manner.
- To develop a Leadership competency framework and facilitate Management Development Programs for the Senior Management teams.
