Job Title : Manager Operations

Location : Chennai

Job Role

The Manager Operations will oversee operations of our Chennai development center from resources, infrastructure, accounting, auditing, finance and corporate compliance standpoint. (S)he will be a key member of the leadership team reporting to CEO and CTO who are based in the U.S. The Manager Operations will take a leadership role in building, implementing and overseeing operations and processes for the company and setting up standards and goals. (S)he will also play a critical role in helping shape the future growth and development

Qualities we are looking for

Ability to organize, lead and manage 150+ engineers and support staff.

Able to see the big picture, setup operational strategy, directions and follow up.

Proactive in nature with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Independent thinker with decision making and negotiation skills.

Functional Responsibilities

Setup Strategy, goals and tactical plan and reporting for the following:

infrastructure & operations, resources, network, systems and personnel

accounting and finance

corporate affairs

Run daily operations and mitigate risks.

Manage all accounts, infrastructure and network support staff.

Work with HR, Recruitment and Engineering staff and facilitate a productive work environment that can operate effectively 24 x 7.

Requirements and Preferences

At least 5 years of experience in India, running a fully export oriented IT operations of size 100+.

Experience in corporate finance, compliance, budgeting, cash flow, vendor management and procurement.

Strong general IT infrastructure knowledge network, systems, ISP, VOIP, WAN and other technologies.

Strong human capital management skills.

Candidate Profile:
