General Manager (Process) Operations & Hospitality Services
- Manage Operations & Processes on the Ground Efficiently within a Limited Budget
- Meeting Needs of Clinicians and Reducing their Friction within our Institution
- Meeting Hospitality Needs of Consumers with Compassion and Efficiency ( Affection)
- Strengthening Organizational Stickiness & Productivity with Staff and Teams
- Managing and Safeguarding Facilities and Outsourced Services for Benefit to Brand
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance, Government & Industrial Relations
- Develop Long Term Relationships with Key Administrative, Front Line & Outsourced Staff
Must Have Skills & Traits :
Hungry & Action Oriented : Willing to Work Long Hours and Respond on the Ground for Issues / Emergencies to Ensure Smooth Operations in Hospital
Communicates with Internal and External Customers using Local Languages and to Have Finger on Pulse (knows volume stats, TAT, number of issues off the top of the head)
Driven for Implementing Process Efficiency and Improvement Measures (carry-through)
Likes Physical Attention to Detail in the Operational Context (e.g., will check for dust, will check people conducting rounds, will check F&B efficiency)
Capable of Getting Superior Performance and Training from Low Education and Heterogeneous Staff Type
Identify Good Performers & Second Line Leaders to improve Standards across the Institution
Meeting Staff of all levels everyday to understand Key Issues Organization- wide & Unit Level to get insight into decision making process
Takes Ownership to Maintain a Family Atmosphere with Customers, Staff, Partners & Institution (Fairness, Communicative & Integrity)
