- 15+ years experience with solid Non - Voice Finance Operations background.

- Is currently working & has worked in the past across F&A domain (AP, AR & GL)

- Excellent knowledge of GL areas (Reconciliations, Accruals, Month-end, Quarter end) with fair knowledge of Oracle Systems)

- Experience in Transitioning F&A processes

- Has worked with clients across Geographies (EMEA, NA, APAC)

- Goal oriented with a thought process to synergize with multiple teams & drive results

- Skills to drive best practices across multiple regions with strong Quality & Analysis bent of mind

- Handled large teams.

- Excellent presentation & communication skills

- Right Behaviour & Skills to drive transformation projects

- Has to have a third part BPO experience and not from Captive support.

- CA/CWA Candidates preferred
