We are looking for GM Operations(Expats), Hotel for our client who is diversified into various industries also largest publishing house in India with 6 decades of experience, with annual turnover of close to 200 crores. Actively ventured into Luxury Chain of 5 Star hotels, Real Estate, Mall development etc.

Experience : 15-25 years (Max 50 yrs)

- Looking for energetic & self driven Operations person to head the complete hotel operations in the company with strong exposure of working with international 5 Star hotel Group.
Role Description :
- Responsible to manage overall operations by dealing with customers and Private vendors, maintaining Hotel Property, managing both In house and Supporting staff.
- Ensuring effective rendering of services enable smooth flow of day to day operations.
- Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, Manuals to facilitate smooth functioning of process, ensuring conformance to Service Level Agreements.
- Steered initiatives towards achievement of organizational goals with chief responsibilities pertaining to Facilities Management, Administration, and Process Improvements across Offices
- Develop long term and short term business plans along with review and implementation
- Monitoring day-to-day running of the Office, Material Audit as well as Site Supervision and coordination.
Vendor Management : Ensuring maintenance of optimum inventory levels in the Stores and maintaining business relations with vendors for tendering and for the procurement of necessary items for the office.
Liaison Management : Liaising with Police, Transport Agencies, Landlords, Municipal Authorities and the other Govt. Departments to facilitate smooth flow of operations.
Finance and Asset Management : Budgeting, Bill Payments, Banking and Invoicing. Significant reduction in the annual spent on facilities due to regular monitoring and re-negotiations.
- Maintaining material stock levels without any variance by ensuring the discipline of regular stock verification and documentation.
Manpower Planning : Involved in selection, recruitment & counseling of human resources.
Marketing Management : Development excellent customer relations through continued emphasis on marketing research and product development, strategy planning,promotional activities,Organizing events. Overseeing functions
