Seeking Senior Operations Female Candidates for one of the MNC BPO based in Noida for:

- Management of Operations team based in India & adjoining geographic.

- Developing strategies, ideas and business plans to support existing operations ;

- For providing leadership and to achieve overall performance to ensure the defined operational targets and objectives are met for each team/team members

- Familiarity with operational disciplines, processes and audit controls.;

- To manage a team of 300+

- Successful formulation & implementation of Operational Plan and daily monitoring for its execution
