Job Responsibilities:
- Build C2C operations from scratch and take complete charge
- Experience in setting up operations grounds up with good control / monitoring mechanisms in place
- Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the operations team (warranty / returns, rc transfer, documentation, logistics etc.)
- Looking for hands-on leader who is willing to get her hands dirty, right from handling the documents, dealing with difficult customers, managing internal stakeholders etc.
- Interpreting and analyzing data to understand problem sharply and analyze proposed solutions and suggested outcomes.
- Will be required to work collaboratively with other senior level people in the business and across business and support functions (marketing, finance, HR)
- Communicating effectively and driving alignment on the mission, goals/ targets, why and how of what has to be done
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of work experience in the relevant field
- Automobile industry experience not compulsory
- Post-graduation from a Tier 1 college
- Strong team handling skills - experience in handling a large multi-tiered team
- Detail orientation and good process and data analytics skills is a must
