General Manager - Operations - API/Pharma

Candidate should be from API Pharma background and should have experience of running plant.

Qualification : B.E - Mechanical Engg

Experience : 18-20 Years

Communication skill : Should demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

Language : English, Hindi, Marathi

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior) :

- Sound working knowledge of ISO documentation

- Should possess Techno commercial skills Should be able to manage P&L related aspects of the manufacturing plant

Work Profile :

- Responsible and accountable for the entire operations of the unit

- Planning Production schedule and resources for production and liaise with HRD for Manpower.

- Responsible for implementation of new projects.

- Fulfillment of Statutory requirements in co - ordination with Manager - Liaison

- Responsible for implementation of Quality Management Systems in co-ordination with QA & Regulatory
