The subsidiary will act as a CPO and install EV Charging Stations across India. Being a pioneer in the EV charger manufacturing industry, It has has provided top quality EV Chargers to various renowned oil marketing companies and EV charging station providers and now Servotech through its subsidiary is all set to transform the EV charging infrastructure landscape. It manufacture and supply EV chargers to EV Infra and they will do business as a Charge Point Operator for these EV chargers.

About Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented candidate for the role of General Manager- OEM Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our components to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts within the OEM segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the OEM segment.
- Identify and prioritize potential OEM customers and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM customers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and on board new OEM customers through effective lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as product management, engineering, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer requirements and product capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with OEM customers to secure profitable business agreements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our components.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Components OEM sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in OEM sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of components sales cycles, customer needs, and decision-making processes within OEMs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience required : 10 yrs to 15 yrs of relevant experience in OEM sales
- Location : New Delhi
- Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
