We are looking for a GM New Projects for a leading Hotel Group.

Location: East India

Job Profile:

- Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction new hotel projects.

- They will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- The Project Manager will oversee various aspects of the construction process, including design, permitting, budget management, and quality control.

- Design Oversight: Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure that hotel construction projects meet design specifications and brand standards.

- Permitting: Manage the permitting process, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

- Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Quality Control: Monitor construction progress, ensuring workmanship and materials meet quality standards.

- Vendor and Contractor Management: Select and manage contractors and vendors, overseeing their work and ensuring timely project completion.

- Communication: Regularly update hotel management and stakeholders on project progress and any potential issues.

- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.

- Change Management: Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.

- Safety and Compliance: Ensure construction sites adhere to safety standards and regulations.

- Handover and Closeout: Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth transition to hotel management.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- 10 + Years of experience.

- Proven experience as a construction project manager in the hotel industry or similar.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
