General Manager - Mfg/Plant Operations

We are mandated to hire GM-Manufacturing / Plant Ops for a very reputed US MNC. Looking for Mechanical / Industrial Engineers with about 15 (+/-3) years of the following experience:

1) Strong Fundamentals and Hands-on Exposure in a Mechanical / Electromechanical equipment manufacturing industries

2) Strong exposure Sheet Metal related industries

3) Should have handled Industrial Engg / Projects in HIS career, apart from Prodcution / Manufacturing

4) Should have handled labour intensive environment successfully

5) Business acumen, strategy and ability to take the organisation forward to achieve the goal and ability to scale up to higher challenges in about 3 yrs time

6) Native of Karnataka, fluency in Kannada language, work culture and workmen lifestyle

Fast trackers with good pedigree are also welcome.
