Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and manage the merchandising team to achieve departmental goals.

Customer Management:

- Handle multiple customers efficiently, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Understand customer requirements and preferences to offer tailored solutions.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients.

Product and Retail Management:

- Oversee the merchandising of linens and other home textile products for retail stores.

- Ensure product assortments are aligned with market trends and customer demands.

- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop new products.

Time & Action Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive time and action plans to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Interaction with Purchase and Production:

- Coordinate with the purchase department for the procurement of trims and fabric.

- Ensure timely and accurate communication with the factory for sample production and dispatch.

- Follow up on production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders.

Quality Control and Compliance:

- Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and market trends.
