- Brand track index, brand imagery and visibility in the market, retail visibility and trade management.
- Managing, Net and Gross revenue targets high focus on EBIDTA
- Maintain healthy customer life cycle in terms of retention, usage & revenue enhancement, offer competitive pricing to subs in line with competition, maintaining rate per minute and ARPU
- Offer innovative VAS for subscribers, benchmarking with industry in terms of GR to VAS ratio and usage and penetration levels, Leverage 3G, Offer seamless roaming experience to National & International subs.
- Achieving quality gross adds with the help of sales for prepaid and postpaid business.
- Get insights from research and dipsticks to know market forces, Plan business actionable and forecast on basis trends and analytics.
