GM Marketing (RPO/ BPO/ITES)

You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent & work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and create content for recruitment marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand salience and improve brand equity.

- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and email marketing.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong employer brand.

- Create and implement robust recruitment marketing plans that aim to attract and secure high-quality talent.

- Lead the execution of recruitment marketing campaigns on a variety of channels which involves creating engaging content for social media, optimizing postings on job boards, and creating compelling email marketing initiatives.

- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including HR and Communications, to shape and sustain an appealing employer brand.

- Oversee the creation and management of various forms of content to support recruitment marketing campaigns which includes creating persuasive job descriptions, producing recruitment videos, or writing blog posts about company culture and career opportunities.

- Perform data analysis to evaluate the success of recruitment marketing initiatives.

- Create and manage content for recruitment marketing campaigns, including job descriptions, videos, and blog posts.

- Analyse recruitment marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Monitoring Competition (acquisitions & Pricing changes).

- Provide inputs for long term brand vision and strategy development.

- Execute brand initiatives customized by projects, channels, or key customers.

- Coordinate employer branding activities.

- Shape the profile of our ideal candidate to ensure our recruiting strategies address the right audience.

- Enrich Company's careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials.

- Develop content that illustrates Organisation our life at work (for example, blog posts, videos and infographics)

- Identify and promote the top reasons why employees stay with the Organisation to attract potential candidates.

- Host and participate in job fairs and other career events.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends, innovative strategies, and industry best practices which may involve attending webinars, reading industry publications, or networking with other recruitment marketing professionals.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with 15 years- experience in progressively challenging marketing & communications positions with a RPO or BPO/ITES Industry.

2. Exceptional research, writing, editing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

3. Strong diplomatic and persuasive skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to manage reputational risk.

5. A successful track record of managing new media and digital channels, including website development.

Proven record of forging strong and effective relationships within the media environment and with internal stakeholders.

6. Experience leading teams and providing work direction to others.

7. Experience managing external vendor relationships and effectively negotiating prices and services.

Experience in event management.

8. Proficient in handling internal/external brand building and communication activities and prioritizing against tight deadlines.

9. Experience in selection and managing execution partners such as PR, Digital and creative agency for agreed SLA.

10. Experience in designing & executing PR, Events and BTL led communication strategies. Own and lead campaign design and delivery to meet ROI.

11. An out of the box thinker with a flair of charting out corporate communication and branding strategies.

12. Excellent writing and editing skills required.

13. Strong interpersonal skills.

14. Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts.

15. Strong creative and graphic design sense, knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.

16. Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.

17. Demonstrate good skills in advising and influencing stakeholders on different communications strategies to engage employees.
