General Manager - Marketing with a Luxurious Brand in Gurgaon

- Develop Marketing Strategies: Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and analysis of all marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).

- Brand Management: Uphold and evolve the brand identity through consistent messaging and strategies across all marketing initiatives.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities. Implement data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated optimally across campaigns.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads (Sales, Product Development, etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.

- Partnerships and Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance marketing efforts.

- Performance Measurement: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives. Make necessary adjustments based on data-driven insights.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Requirements:

Candidate should be open to work 6 days and week and weekends.

We need someone with resilience and maturity and who can deal with our culture.

- Bachelor's degree , master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience (12+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team management.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

- Resilience and Maturity to deal with senior management and stakeholders.
