The purpose of this role is to look after the overall Marketing of the organization and serve as a member of the senior management team.

- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization's image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications on ATL & BTL platforms.

- Responsible for all Organization marketing, communications and public relations, market research activities and all brand materials including brochures, etc.

- Ensure articulation of Organization's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all stakeholders, both internal and external

- Responsible for the achievement of marketing / communications / public relations/ marketing research efforts, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress.

- In-depth understanding and knowledge of the latest marketing tools including digital marketing tools plus his past experience in handling media including Digital

- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing / communications / public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.

- Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel

- Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel

- Ensure effective management within the marketing function, with provision for succession

- Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team and for feedback and request from the sales team to the marketing team.

- Keep informed of developments in marketing and communications in reference to industry and competitors and use this information to help the organization operate with initiative and innovation

- Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programmes are reviewed.

- Comply with Organizations- policy and procedures

Reporting To: Head of Sales and Marketing

Key features in previous experience: Experience in both ATL and BTL. Full cycle experience from media buying, to creative controls and selection and appointment of marketing agencies PR, Marketing Research, Brand Activation, Brand and Marketing Strategy. Strong orientation on cost benefit and brand control.
