Roles and Responsibilities:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager for Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and branding plans to enhance brand awareness and ensure the sustenance of the Brand Positioning.

- Ensuring brand positioning Pioneers in the flex workspace and Managed Offices segment. All marketing strategies need to reflect this positioning with optimum use of every suitable Marketing channel including Social Media channels


- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter. Owned Digital channels


- Website, Blog, and Paid Media Channels


- External websites, Google Search Ads, Display Marketing, Re-targeting, and Account Marketing. Additionally, GM Marketing will play a crucial role in marketing the app across campuses in India, requiring expertise in app marketing strategies, app analytics, and GTM strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business teams to create strategic marketing and branding plans that align with our brand awareness and brand positioning objectives, and support the business development pipeline.

- Strategize offline and online campaigns utilizing all channels including Owned Digital Channels like Website, Blog, App, and Paid Channels including Google SEM, Display Marketing across Display Networks, Re-targeting campaigns, direct mailer campaigns, and target audience-specific campaigns.

- Should have worked on App marketing, and GTM strategies for deployment, analytics, and execution.

- Strategize PR campaigns with online and offline influencers, media houses, and publications, utilizing the PR agency.

- Take ownership of overall campaign management, collateral design, and execution for product launches, re-launches, regional go-to-market campaigns, and new market entry initiatives. Provide marketing support for channels and partner-driven go-to-market campaigns.

- Drive growth across start-ups, small and medium-sized businesses, and large enterprises while maintaining and nurturing the brand and community.

- Meet or exceed growth targets in the market by demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to scale the business. Develop and implement best practices in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation, and conversion rates specific to the market.

- Build and foster key relationships with founders, CXOs, corporate heads of real estate, CFOs, heads of HR, and other business leaders. Understand their workspace needs, business performance, and expansion plans, and effectively showcase how can enhance their business by demonstrating the value proposition and the power of our community.

- Develop key relationships with decision-makers and influencers in a wide range of large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, venture capitalists, and technology firms. -

- Support direct reports by actively participating in prospect meetings, leading discussions, and leveraging other corporate resources as necessary to close large and complex deals. - Take a proactive approach to driving outbound sales initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams such as Experience, Design & Development, and People Excellence to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and business growth.


- Stay updated on market trends, spatial data, real estate micro-markets, and demand drivers. - Monitor competition across geographies and track competitor movements in engagement initiatives and events. - Keep track of regulatory changes and public policy initiatives that could present opportunities or pose threats to our growth.


- Represent the brand at conferences, networking events, and business development initiatives. - Collaborate with organizations, brands, and partners to build brand presence and visibility across markets.


- Maintain and build relationships with agencies that are relevant to marketing and branding, including offline and digital to drive content and campaigns with reporting.


- Work closely with media buying agencies to drive brand visibility across offline and online platforms including print publications, and digital mediums. Including ATL and BTL.


- Conceptualise and execute events at the centers to ensure relevance in the market, with events that are in line with the brand positioning.


Required Skills: - Proven experience in marketing and communication, preferably in the B2B space.


- Strong acumen in developing marketing plans aligned with sales goals, objectives, metrics, and outcomes.


- Proactive and creative approach to conceptualize and execute creative brand campaigns, brand associations, and partnerships to elevate brand visibility, market share, and positioning.


- Expert in Digital Marketing, understanding SEO, Keyword Optimisation, and digital distribution including Google Search Ads, Display Marketing, Paid Social media marketing, website optimization, and re-targeting for ABM (Account Marketing).


- Must understand reporting tools and share reports for all campaigns to gauge ROI, justifying campaign spending and success. Analyse KPIs such as CPM, CPA, CPC, ROAS, engagement index and more.


- Experience in conducting customer feedback analysis, competitor analysis, planning and managing events, PR, media relations, industry associations, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent writing, messaging, copywriting, and storytelling skills are essential.


- Demonstrated expertise in content marketing, including content design and creation across various media types.


- Experience in audience segmentation and persona development to guide content mapping.


- Commitment to maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency, while adhering to performance parameters.


- Excellent relationship-building and development skills.


- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.


- Familiarity with longer sales cycles and value-based, consultative selling approaches.


- Strong executive presence and comfort working with C-level executives and decision-makers. - Familiarisation with key influencers, agencies, publications, and brands to drive collaborative marketing strategies.


- Experience in marketing an app, including app marketing strategies, app launch and execution, and GTM strategies.

Preferred qualifications : Experience: 12+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree
