Job description:
1. Formulate marketing strategies and driving brand and project presence in relevant markets.
2. Develop an Annual Communication plan & budget related to the launch & promotion of the projects.
3. Drive the agencies to develop advertising campaigns which addressed our business need appropriately
4. Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting brand and sales targets.
5. Managing events, promotions, advertising campaigns & other marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence in the region.
6. Constantly innovate to find new and economical ways of effective marketing communications.
7. Selection of appropriate media for brand positioning & visibility.
8. Finalizing Media deals, ensuring competitive packages with value addition from print & electronic media to optimize costs.
9. Monthly compilation of planned versus achieved business plan and presentation to the management.
Desired candidate profile:
- Ideal candidate should be an MBA Marketing from a reputed institute having good experience in leading marketing function, Digital marketing, brand management and planning & execution of marketing campaigns. He/she should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He/she should be a self-starter and result oriented.
