Position Summary :
- This position will play an integral part in the development and growth of online marketing capabilities of OnlineTyari. The role holder would be responsible from inception to execution of various marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Responsibility :
- End to end responsibility for OnlineTyari's branding & marketing.
- Formulate marketing objectives aligned with business objectives which can translate into 10x growth across metrics
- Identifying and implementing different hacks for generating awareness with TG
- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, building digital strategy in various media and measurement and analysis of impact
- Needs to understand how to compute Customer Acquisition Costs, Conversion Rates, Customer Lifetime Value; analyzing the interplay between marketing spend and customer ROI
- Own the marketing (Online and Offline) strategy. Manage branding, advertising, promotions, & communication activities ensuring maximum brand visibility among the target audience.
- Building relationships with affiliate platforms / partner sites / blogs / news sites / apps
- Co-ordinate between Tech and Product to drive conversion improvement tactics
- Management reporting, oversee MIS reporting from various sources e.g. Google analytics, mobile analytics
- Build an excellent growth hacking team
What are we looking for :
- 4+ years of marketing management experience, handling marketing, promotions or loyalty programs, ideally e-commerce or retail business of significant scale.
- An experienced planner and project manager, with strong cross-team coordination skills.
- Needs to be well versed with all Digital Marketing Channels including, Facebook Ads, Google Organic (SEO), Google Paid (SEM), Social, App Install campaigns
- The ideal candidate will bring a sharp analytical mind, have strong coordination ability and can roll up his/her sleeves to get things done. Experience in data analytics - required to pull out actionable insights from Google Analytics and other tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders.
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
- Quick thinker with the ability to operate with a commercial and customer-focused view
