- Drives the marketing strategy and revenue maximization efforts for the Centre through client sponsored events, internal events, selling of signage's and other revenue generating initiatives.
- Implementation of the advertising, branding and public relations strategy in order to increase consumption/ footfalls and enhance trading density.
- Develop a desired market positioning for the Centre and drive all branding/ promotional activities around it in order to increase footfalls and enhance consumption
- Draw out specific plans for conducting mall and client sponsored events, revenue maximization initiatives, putting up signages, ensuring good media mileage etc. in line with the overall marketing strategy
- Formulate the marketing calendar for the year in terms of the events, marketing initiatives, branding and promotional activities
- Work with the creative agency to formulate and finalize various creative assignments for the mall.
- Good connect with PR & Event Industries. Also monitor the performance of the various agencies involved
- Exposure to VM, D- cor, look of the Centre in terms of the facade hoardings, signage- setc
- Exposure to digital marketing, social media to enhance visibility, customer database and consumption at the centre.
- Exposure to Art & Art related events
- Formulate the annual marketing budget on detailed revenue and expense projections
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure revenue and expenses are kept within established boundaries
