About Our Client

Our Client is a leading Indian FMCG Company, with a presence across segments such as hair colors, household insecticides, personal wash and liquid detergents.

Currently, our Client is looking for a Brand Management personnel to head one of its largest brands. For the same, they are looking at hiring a General Manager - Marketing, based out of Mumbai.

Job Description

- Achievement of top line, market share and bottomline targets for the brand by developing short term and long term marketing objectives

- Developing and implementing brand communication, activation, media plans, PR initiatives

- Strengthening brand equity & leveraging the same by regularly analysing brand health and developing consumer / segment specific initiatives to drive brand equity

- Portfolio management for the brand and regularly review competitor landscape and pricing strategy

- Efficient utilization of brand support activities (BSA) budgets for the brands assigned by conducting detailed financial planning monitoring the same regularly.

The Successful Applicant

- MBA from a Premier Institute (2003 or 2004 passed out)

- Clear understanding of marketing such as customer segmentation, brand and product management, brand communication, promotions, market research, etc.

- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience of handling a Brand role and minimum 2 - 3 years stint in sales, in an FMCG Domain. Prior Team handling of ABM/BM would be a plus.
