JOB OBJECTIVES :

- To create and implement a long-term profitable growth of Brand - Mother's Recipe and other brands of DFPL with necessary share of mind.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

A) PLANNING :

a. Creation of a strategic Brand Marketing plan to achieve organizational objectives in long & short term.

b. Plan and deliver on brand profitability, category wise. Identifying new Product opportunities for launches in line with growth plans.

c. Launch planning and plan for Growth of each Product and the Brands Norms and Benchmarks for Market Coverage and Presence; Reach and Efficiency.

- Involvement in Terms of trade finalization, Joint Business Planning, Promotions, SKU registration - with Key accounts.

- Policies, Systems and Processes

- Closely working with sales teams for successful implementation of initiations on the ground.

B) OPERATIONS :

Marketing Responsibilities :

- Category Development and meeting market share objectives

- Brand Building & Brand Development

- New Product development & product life cycle management

- Development & Management of all ATL and BTL programs / communications

- Management of Creative, Media and Market research agencies.

- Ensure the creative inputs of the Agency are as the objectives and norms.

- Cost Management & budgeting - Promotions, Manpower & Travel.

- Initiate localization projects to improve gross margins.

- Efficient implementation of Marketing programs

- Conduct the necessary Market Research activities.

- Consumer Marketing Insight

- Competitor analysis.

- Monthly brand, business and spend reviews

C) PEOPLE MANAGEMENT :

a. Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team of managers from Sales Promotions & Marketing function to achieve functional KRAs

b. Create/sustain a collaborative & performance-oriented environment while providing development opportunities to members.

REPORTING TO : Chief Operating Officer

DIRECT SUBORDINATES :

- Marketing Manager/ Sr Product Managers/ Product Executives.

- Internal Creative Development Team

- Social Media Executive

INTERNAL CUSTOMERS : Executive Director, Sales teams (GT, MT E Commerce), Operations/Projects, Finance/Purchase


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :

- Graduate, Preferable- PG / MBA in Marketing

- Overall around relevant 15-22 years (2-5 yrs. in sales + rest in Marketing) in FMCG/Consumer Goods - Foods, company
