We are retained by a large diversified group to identify a marketing head for their FMCG division currently doing a turnover of around 500 crores and this position would report to CEO.
He/She would be developing the marketing strategy and plan in identifying short-term and long term goals.
Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
Management of the marketing mix
Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
Develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.
Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Managing agencies
Developing guidelines
Making customer focused decisions.
Candidates with 10+ years of marketing experience in mid size FMCG companies currently at Group Product Manager/Marketing head role would be ideal.
Position is based in South India.
