Role : General Manager - Marketing

Role Objectives
The role holder will be working to boost market penetration of the products within the segment through innovative channel mix. Responsible for making market forecast and building up relations with business partners to deliver the correct marketing pitch
Role Responsibilities
- Developing brand wise, product wise marketing strategies to achieve annual business objectives.
- Create road map for long term market share and consumer franchise.
- Business forecasting in new categories and geographies
- Make Budgets for annual achievement of business objectives and track the same on a monthly basis
- Aligning Media, Trade, Promos (sales and consumer) with the accountability of the organization's P&L
- Develop framework & processes for the Marketing function (Aligning various internal and external stakeholders)
- Develop business models in sync with the Value chain (procurement, production. Operation, distribution and retail channels)
- Develop brand assets and enhance brand valuation
- Make all Brands distinctive and ensure mental and physical availability
- Developing Marketing campaigns and Releases through Media mix
- Evaluate Brand performance through penetration
- Spearhead new product developments in sync with current business portfolios to achieve the top line.
- Develop an On-board panel of Business Partners (agencies of creative, release, research, brand audit/health tracking/activation engagement digital POS and relevant association required on an activity basis.
