Responsible for revenue generation across products and PAN India regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Managers and Marketing Managers  2. Ensure quality of distributor activities and managers across region  3. Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability,  4. New product development & market research  5. Periodically review distributor performance through Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps nto close the gaps  6. Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share  7. Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy  8. Monitor and analyze all marketing sales reports  9. Ensuring all approvals  10. Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions  11. Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.  12. Represent company at various meeting exhibitions to promote company interests,  13. Promote positive relations with partners - vendors and distributors,  14. Motivate and monitor sales representatives PAN India level (branch offices, distributors etc)  15. Coordinate with commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system through manager.  16.
