Our client is an undisputed leader in various chronic and acute therapy areas in domestic markets.   Our client seeks General Manager- Marketing, for one of the largest and most profitable SBUs of the organization. The said SBUs holds many leading and high value and volume brands in Anti-diabetic therapy. The incumbent should have experience in heading SBU with high value and volume brands especially in anti-diabetic markets. Incumbent reports in to head of sales and marketing and a team of 4-6 reports in this role.   Incumbent is responsible for :  1. Growth in value, volume and market share   2. Managing KOLs  3. Identifying opportunities and gap in therapy areas to launch new products  4. Budgeting, planning and execution  5. Brand and therapy communication to target doctors  6. Team Management
