GM (HEAD) - Marketing & Communication
- Support a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization's image and positioning in the market.
- Facilitate internal and external communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, and so forth.
- Ensure articulation of Organization's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Build media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Develop marketing strategies based on strong analytics and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Develop fantastic and attractive B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns nationally.
- Work with the global, regional and local Marcomm teams to manage the voice & brand through content, advertising, email, blogs, and all social channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Qualification And Experience:
i. MBA from a Premier institute in Marketing or similar with 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast paced environment or a larger company with a strong entrepreneurial culture.
ii. Experience that includes marketing strategy, brand strategy, internal and external communications Extremely adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly, leveraging a team. Digital Media Competencies
iii. Experience applying insights to strategy that deliver business outcomes
iv. A proven track record in project management
v. Experience in growing revenue into new markets, understanding competitive landscapes and developing go-to-market strategy
vi. Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects with often tight deadlines and many stakeholders
vii. Exceptional stakeholder management & Influencing skills across Business Development Services team to deliver consistency
viii. Strong organizational and time management abilities Creativity and commercial awareness
ix. Expertise in formulating, testing and implementing client experiences for specific outcomes in the context of a large, matrixed organisation
x. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
xi. Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
xii. Strong communications skills, both written and oral, ideally with experience working across multiple countries
