General Manager Marketing (Commercial Real Estate Business)
Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job :
- Drive the marketing strategy to establish a Luxury Brand through all marketing channels
- Oversee the Marketing team across geographies and ensure complete follow-through of team's roles and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Overall Marketing Strategy for the Business:
- Formulate an overall marketing strategy for the Commercial Business to increase the Leasing and maximize revenues.
- Responsible for overall brand building and brand equity
- Formulate the marketing calendar for the year in terms of the marketing initiatives, branding and promotional activities and ensure effective implementation of the calendar across geographies
- Conduct periodic benchmarking with competition to identify and adopt industry best practices and innovative processes from overall customer experience perspective.
- Work with the creative agency to formulate and finalize various creative assignments for the Office Buildings.
- Formulate the annual marketing budget on detailed revenue and expense projections, including Advertising, PR, Revenue Maximization & New initiatives.
- Responsible for creating, reviewing and updating all marketing collateral across relevant geographies
- Drive the customer and Client satisfaction surveys (CSI/RSI) on a regular basis and ensure the survey results are communicated to the teams and corrective actions taken to enhance the experience of Occupants and visitors
- Formulate the Advertising and PR strategy, when needed. Assess the credibility and commercial feasibility and finalize the advertising and PR agencies.
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining the favorable image of the brand by ensuring adequate media coverage at regular intervals
Events:
- Formulate the annual events calendar at the beginning of the year in line with the Business strategy and ensure effective implementation.
- Ideate unique events / competitions involving the corporates and ensure they are effectively implemented.
- Review the performance of various existing agencies and make recommendations for new partners, if needed. (event management, creative agency, etc.)
- Recommend curated events with third parties - Alliances & Partnerships
- Conduct Corporate Events with targeted participation and database generation in consultation with Mall.
- Ideate on CSR events/ identify forums for the brand to participate
- Evaluate Industry forums & awards for leadership participation & nomination
Digital & Social Marketing:
- Conceptualize and device strategy framework for various digital platforms.
Responsible for Digital Marketing initiatives:
- Website Maintenance
- Social media - Meta + LinkedIn + YouTube
- Design Emailers, Digital Newsletter and release them as per agreed schedules.
