Responsibilities of GM Marketing & Business Development :
Marketing Communication :
- Devise and plan annual media activity (include print, radio, SMS campaigns, BTL) ensuring all associated digital communications are fully integrated
- End to end execution of the identified BTL activities for the hospital
- Responsible for business development and customer acquisition through Corporate tie-ups and ties-ups with related entities
- Build strategic relationships with local community doctors for increasing customer reach
- Ensure articulation of the organization's desired image and position and consistent communication of the same to both internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for handling end to end digital marketing - from brand building activities to strategizing of monthly campaign
Planning and Budgeting :
- Responsible for the achievement of the marketing/communication goals and financial objectives and report the progress to the Executive Director
- Develop short-term and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications activities and monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
- Recommend, develop, implement, and evaluate systems and processes necessary for the smooth operations of the Marketing function
- Keep abreast of the developments in the field of marketing and communication in the field of Hospital & Healthcare
Marketing Strategy :
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and maintain a strategic perspective in organizational direction and decision making in all Marketing activities
- Motivate the team to reach monthly targets on a regular basis
- Identify the operational gaps to correct key metrics including capacity utilization, compliance, patient experience etc.
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. Revenue and EBITDA achievement as per the business plan, cost savings, business improvements
Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing from Tier I/II Management Institutes, with minimum experience of 5 years in operations and marketing with demonstrated success, preferably in Healthcare sector
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing and communications function
- Ability to analyze data and provide intelligent insights to the leadership and assist in the decision-making process
- Ability to manage, influence key stakeholders & strong knowledge on-the-ground marketing
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities of GM oss-functional teams
