Our client, a renowned company in the Building Material Industry, has a turnover of around INR 7000Cr with six manufacturing plants and 3000 employees pan India.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop execute & deliver overall Brand and Marketing strategy for entire portfolio - focus segments, products, geographies. Achieve annual budgets for product volumes and margins.
- Draw the annual marketing budgets and monitor the actuals vs the Budget.
- Develop and execute brand strategy along with media manager and category managers.
- Review performance of marketing strategy and its execution and make corrections wherever required.
- Actively drive the media strategy (ATL, BTL) to achieve desired results.
- Actively drive the Digital Marketing Strategy to achieve desired objectives.
- Manage and develop innovation funnel and strengthen NPD (Unique to Category Products, differentiated price points, new opportunities & Functionally differentiated products) processes and consistently reduce time to market for New Products. Also work out Innovative Packaging and designs.
- Approve category decisions on NPD, pricing, marketing allocation amongst dealers, influencers, and consumers.
- Drive market specific activations to ensure key products / categories are used to grow brand salience and market share.
- Develop and execute communication plans with focus on marketing objectives. Digital performance marketing to fuel growth of the service business.
- Review and support category managers in executing category/product strategy.
- Coach and develop team.
- Strengthen and implement overall marketing related processes and systems.
- Event management (like annual conference, corporate promotional activities, dealers conference, new product launch, etc.)
- Monitoring competitor's activities, data analysis and presentation.
- Conducting market research / Brand Track / consumer / Influencer Insights, concept development for existing and new products.
- Design and delivery of training programs for sales force in co-ordination with sales on issues relating to products.
- Co-ordination with Production / R&D / Purchase / CQC / Technical etc. on production, quality on product related issues.
- Managing Dealer / Influencer Loyalty Club Programs and coordinating with sales team on field level activities
- Supporting the sales team through ventures, ideas, promotions, journals etc.
- Responsible for guiding and motivating departmental people in day-to-day functioning & grievance handling.
- Build sustainable position of the company's Brand in the building materials market leading to better brand conversion scores at Point of Sales.
- Develop a strong marketing organization through people, processes, systems & strategies and review the same.
- Significant experience in positions of Marketing responsibility in FMCG, consumer durables/equivalent business (preferably MNC)
- Strong marketing function expertise - advertising, product management, research
- Good experience and understanding of digital marketing and data.

Experience:
- Significant experience in positions of Marketing responsibility in FMCG, consumer durables/equivalent business (preferably MNC)
- Strong marketing function expertise - advertising, product mgmt, research
- Good experience and understanding of digital marketing and data
- Work experience of 13-17 years
Qualification: MBA from reputed business school (top 10 school)
