Job Description
GM Marketing is an all round Marketing role, comprising 70% Digital Marketing and 30% traditional Marketing skills. The role is responsible for strategy & execution of the Marketing road map, while leading a team of 8 - 10 people and is responsible for large scale Digital lead generation campaigns among other tasks.
Mandatory skills :-
- Exclusively in Digital Performance marketing Campaigns- PPC, PPL, CPL, CCC, CPA, CPM, Affiliate marketing, etc.
- Extensive experience to successfully build & execute robust Lead generation campaigns to generate business.
- Min 10 years of rich Digital Marketing experience in a PAN India Role
- Design & implement a PAN India Outdoor strategy for Print, Hoardings, Radio & TV
- Should be strong in Data analysis & excellent communication skills
- Must be very good at Digital Content creation
- Proficiency in Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Experience in AVs and Tele movies, etc.
- Must have excellent understanding of aesthetics & creatives in releasing Print ads
- Must have good exposure of releasing ATL ads including Radio / TV Ads
- Must have good exposure in developing and updating of all promotional material, including sales aids, brochures, posters, standies, signages etc
- To work in close association with sales, responsible for entire Outdoor marketing activity.
- Marketing Vendors - Negotiations & Management
- Ensuring good quality of all branding material as per specifications.
- Monitor competition activity and design appropriate strategy
- Proficiency with MS excel and other MS office tools
Additional Information
- Industry Exposure Required: 14 -18 years of hands on experience handling core marketing activities
- Functional Reporting- CEO.
- GM Marketing will have have a team size of about 8 - 10 people.
Required Qualification
Education - MBA - Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication from a reputed Institute & working in reputed organizations.
Job Insights

- Hands on working Knowledge of generating over 25,000-30,000 leads per month through online digital lead campaign.
- Candidate's current company's employee strength should be 500+
- Ideally the current salary should be over 1.4 times of the overall experience. Eg. A candidate having 15 years exp with a current Annual CTC of Rs. 21 LPA or above.
