Job Description: Reporting into the APAC head, you will be responsible for :
- Leading and inspiring cross functional team which is sync with the company values and vision.
- Delivering target profits by taking sound financial and investment decisions.
- Advocating and executing brand group strategy.
- Liaising with key accounts to build a strong rapport and grow the business.
- Ensuring good relationship with legal and administrative bodies in India.
- Supervising brand strategy is in sync with global strategy.
- Working closely with global team on key business projects.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be an MBA from a premium B school with atleast 15 years of experience within the FMCG sector. You must have 8 to 10 years of sales experience.
- Additionally, an exposure to a marketing stint is a must.
- An ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial and commercial mind with proven record of success within the Indian market.
- You should have excellent leadership skills with a good experience of managing global stake holder.
