Qualifications:- Chemical Engineer

Experience:- Minimum 15 years and above.

Job Description:-

- Ensure the execution of strategy and Vision of the Company.

- Administer and ensure the smooth overall operation of the company.

- Have direct reporting of QA/QC activities to ensure complete focus and emphasis on high quality.

- Reviewing and updating health and Safety policies and ensuring they are observed

- Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices

- Following up the actual production of products and ascertaining their matching with the specifications as provided in the approved contracts.

- Providing leadership and motivation

- Ensuring short term operational and financial goals are set and achieved.

- Build and protect the company's Brand and reputation.

Skills:-

- Excellent Communication,people skills, Extensive knowledge of Oman markets and networks.
