General Manager - Mall Leasing - Real Estate

Our Client is a leading Retail - led mixed use developer and operator of high quality shopping Mall along with Residential and Commerical. For expansion of their activities, they are looking for the right profile for the position of - G.M - Leasing - from Real Estate background as per given details;

Job Overview:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing management, develop leasing plan to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan

Responsibilities

- Formulation of leasing Strategy with the use of demographic research, market research and customer research data.

- Remodeling of Mall with best category mix and customer friendly zoning

- Tracking of prevalent retails brands and performance of retailers

- Tracking of emergence of new brands and formats

- Tracking of lease rent trends for different retailer categories

- Evaluation, negotiation and closing short term and long term deals for mall

- Relationship management with retailers

- Relationship management with brokers

- Development and monitoring of contracting process in coordination with legal team

- Coordination with Project team, mall management team and acting as interface between the clients and all the internal teams

- Tracking of prevalent anchor retail brands and performance of anchor retailers

Education/ Formal Qualification : Graduate preferably with MBA - Marketing

Budget of the position : Up to 30 Lakhs
