General Manager - Machine Shop/Assembly Operations

Education : 10th, 12th & B.Tech(Full time) - 60%

Experience: 17-20 Years

Expertise : Minimum 7 years as PLANT HEAD

- Planning, Organizing, Directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer expectation.

- Consulting with company Director 's for plant performance analysis & suggesting to Strategize scaling up and economizing of plant operations and cost of production

- Should be well versed with modern concepts like APQP,PPAP,IATF norms, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, TPS,Quality Circles,VAVE,SMED etc.

- Responsible for Production output,Product quality and on Time dispatches.

- To ensure the safe working environment in the plant.

- To ensure that all statutory and legal compliances are met and coordinate for IATF, OHSAS, ISO audits with the team.

- Should have exposure in handling Export customer's.

- Plan workflow,manage multiple prioritizes,and meet quality targets while consistently reducing downtime.

- Develop system and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards,metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

- Must Possess adequate knowledge of Business and management & manufacturing principles ( Budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, Lean manfacturing,TPM etc.)

- Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce cost while maintaining product quality.
