- Proven experience in Super Luxury Sales/Wealth Managers in Delhi NCR region, and not from retail & real estate industry.

- Identify and target potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking.

- Individual Contributor Role.

- Generation of own leads with their back book of HNI & Ultra HNI Clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills (both English and Hindi) Has consistently met or exceeded sales targets.

- Comes with a well-connected channel partner network to drive major sales opportunities and partnerships.

- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance long-term business opportunities.

- Comfortable with being on the job 24-7 (Saturday/Sunday working, public holidays working, 1 weekday off).
