General Manager - Luxury Residential Sales (Individual Contributor) | Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling Luxury Residential Apartments
- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the company's business plan.
- Maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer satisfaction through effective sales programs.
- Generate sales through existing customers, events, exhibitions, and channel partners.
- Arrange site visits for potential customers and follow up diligently.
- Conduct regular competition analysis in the super luxury segment and develop strategies to tackle competition.
- Interface with channel partners and financial institutions for organizing roadshows and promotional activities.
- Maintain visibility in the Ultra HNI network.
- Evaluate new communication channels and maintain productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Liaise with financial institutions to devise effective financing plans.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Communications team for updating brochures and other collateral.
Requirements:
- 10 to 20 years of experience in high-value real estate / Luxury Retail / Luxury Automobile / Private Banking
- Proven ability to network and manage relationships with key stakeholder
