General Manager - Luxury Residential Sales (Individual Contributor) | Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
Selling Luxury Residential Apartments
Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the company's business plan.
Maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer satisfaction through effective sales programs.
Generate sales through existing customers, events, exhibitions, and channel partners.
Arrange site visits for potential customers and follow up diligently.
Conduct regular competition analysis in the super luxury segment and develop strategies to tackle competition.
Interface with channel partners and financial institutions for organizing roadshows and promotional activities.
Maintain visibility in the Ultra HNI network.
Evaluate new communication channels and maintain productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Liaise with financial institutions to devise effective financing plans.
Coordinate with the Marketing Communications team for updating brochures and other collateral.
Requirements:
10 to 20 years of experience in high-value real estate / Luxury Retail / Luxury Automobile / Private Banking
Proven ability to network and manage relationships with key stakeholder
