General Manager - Legal - Real Estate

- Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a distinguished Real Estate company or as a strategic legal counsel in the Real Estate sector.

- The ideal candidate should possess up-to-date knowledge of land revenue laws, RERA, government circulars, notifications, court judgments/orders, title investigations, cooperative department laws and orders.

- Additionally, the candidate should be adept at drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Development Agreements, RE-Development Agreements, POA, etc. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are essential.
