- Should have knowledge on Civil & Criminal cases
- Electricity laws
- Should have thorough knowledge of High Court Proceedings.
- Should represent arguments in high court.
- Providing legal advice and guidance.
- Writing MOU, vetting documents, Drafting & others.
- Meeting clients (individuals or businesses)
- Collating evidence and researching case studies.
- Keeping up to date with changes in the law.
- Manage the legal department and outside counsel, including hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Negotiate and review contracts, leases, and other legal agreements
