Experience : 15-25 yrs (Max 46 yrs)

Looking for energetic & self driven legal person to head the complete legal functions in the company with strong exposure in handling all real estate criminal litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership related to all legal activities of companies with operations spanning in Delhi/NCR
- Handling Criminal cases pertaining to real estate industry, Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
- Litigation Management: active involvement in all legal cases and court proceedings
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management
- Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken
- Contract negotiation
Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management's attention.

Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
- Team management
- Building cordial relationship with various Government bodies associated with properties in Bangalore
- Advising the team in compliances related to corporate laws, commercial laws, enforcement laws, RBI and other regulatory rules and guidelines, leases, facilities management agreements, property management agreements, confidentiality agreements, settlements, MOUs, LOIs, group property loans etc
- Contain and manage contingent risk and exposure
