- Sound Expertise in Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Sales
- Commercial Project Sales and Leasing in Delhi NCR and Northern India
- Sound Exp in Retail Space, IT Parks, Shopping Mall Projects Leasing and Sales
- Point of Contact between Commercial Property Owners and Prospective Buyers
- Negotiate & prepare Relevant Paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases, etc.) prior to the sale of a commercial property
- Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
- Conduct research on the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- End-to-End management of deals for the sale of commercial properties
- Responsible for identifying & Nurturing Key Corporate Relationships at CXO level's.
- Support marketing team for materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified buyers and prospect new client relationships
- Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information is on record
- A self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional
